After the "*Band" portion of David Crowder*Band parted ways with the acclaimed worship leader, the guys formed a new band called The Digital Age, releasing a debut EP titled Rehearsals independently. This week, the guys have announced the upcoming release of a new set of such rehearsals, Rehearsals Vol. 2, debuting the first cut, a cover of Hillsong UNITED's "Oceans."

"We are super excited to announce Rehearsals Vol. 2!" writes the band. "The Rehearsals idea came about as we were practicing songs for our church and decided to document the process of us “rehearsing” in our studio. Rehearsals Vol. 1 released almost two years ago and featured some hymns, some popular worship songs, and some originals. We received a lot of really amazing feedback for "Rehearsals" and you know, "if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!", so we’re going to start posting a second round of songs on our YouTube channel throughout the summer. And guess what? Since you are one of most valued friends, you’re going to see/hear the first track before anyone else!" They closed the announcement by adding, "P.S. We are going to be posting some really cool preorder packages in the upcoming weeks, so stay tuned!"
